Cyprus developer research: five more profiles, one correction
This edition covers a short, one-day batch directly following the previous review's closing snapshot — not a fixed monthly cycle. Researched profiles grew from 129 to 134, and project records from 735 to 750 (net +15). It also documents a correction: a project's status was initially reported as unavailable, when the developer's own site did state one.
These are changes in our coverage, not a quality judgment. Finding and fixing one error is routine verification working as intended — it isn't evidence that other entries are wrong, and it isn't proof the rest of this batch is complete either.
| Measure | Before 19 Oct | At 20 Oct | Net change |
|---|---|---|---|
| Researched profiles | 129 | 134 | +5 |
| Contact-only entries | 91 | 86 | -5 |
| Project records | 735 | 750 | +15 |
Counts come from two saved database snapshots taken one day apart. Project records are not deduplicated physical developments: a shared project can appear under more than one company.
Five more companies now have more than a contact entry
P Tylliros, AN.Christou Properties & Constructions, Cyres Land, Everest Construction & Development and Haraxi Construction and Developing received researched profiles with named projects and source links. As with the previous edition, how independently each claim is confirmed varies by project — check the citations.
A correction, not just an addition
The P Tylliros dossier originally described every project's status as unstated, because the research pass checked the company's homepage but not its /portfolio/ page — reachable only through the site's sitemap, not a visible menu link. That page states a status for all 10 projects (7 "Completed", 3 "Under Construction") and one specific delivery date. The dossier was corrected to cite that page directly once the gap was found.
Examples you can inspect
AN.Christou's dossier cites a Cyprus Mail report on a EUR198,550 public road contract — an independent source, though for infrastructure work rather than one of the company's own residential projects. Everest's and Haraxi's dossiers each document a large pipeline of small numbered buildings ("Everest Homes NN", "Dimitrianna NN") confirmed to exist via third-party listing sites, but with no resale listing or press coverage found anywhere confirming any unit was actually delivered.
How to use this research before choosing a property
Start with the exact project and the legal entity named in your contract. Follow the dossier's sources, compare the company names and ask which documents apply to your unit. Missing public information remains an evidence gap, not proof of good or poor performance.
Scope of this edition
The window is 19–20 October 2026, Cyprus time — this edition follows directly on from the previous one's closing snapshot, with no gap or overlap, but covers a much shorter span. "Research review" editions are published as work accumulates, not on a fixed monthly schedule. This is a selected review of our research, not a complete news digest or an assessment of all Cyprus developers.
