Cyprus developer research: five expanded dossiers in 30 days

Published: Data as of:

Over these 30 days, rating.cy's researched profiles increased from 124 to 129, and project records from 597 to 735. This review shows how our evidence base changed, with links to the dossiers and underlying sources.

These are changes in our coverage. An added record does not mean a newly launched or completed development, and an expanded dossier is not an endorsement of the company.

Counts come from two saved database snapshots. Project records are not deduplicated physical developments: a shared project can appear under more than one company. Contact entries decreased partly because five entries moved into researched profiles.

Five companies now have more than a contact entry

Amandi Homes, PS Creation, AC Demetriou Developers, CSN Demetriou Developers and Dynamic Sphera Construction & Developers received researched profiles with named projects and source links. Each dossier links to company or third-party material about its projects. The amount and independence of evidence vary; read the citations for the specific claim.

Examples you can inspect

The additions include Marina Beachfront Villas in the Amandi Homes dossier, P.S. Court Inspire 131 in PS Creation, and Two Exclusive Residences in Palodia in AC Demetriou. The cited company pages establish how the developers describe those projects; they do not independently confirm delivery, permits or title status.

How to use this research before choosing a property

Start with the exact project and the legal entity named in your contract. Follow the dossier's sources, compare the company names and ask which documents apply to your unit. A brand, contractor, landowner and seller may have different roles. Missing public information remains an evidence gap, not proof of good or poor performance.

Scope of this edition

The window is 20 September through 19 October 2026, inclusive, in Cyprus time. The figures describe the net difference between the saved snapshots, not every intermediate edit. Historical discoveries can be included. This is a selected review of our research, not a complete news digest or an assessment of all Cyprus developers.
