This is not raw fact, but an editorial selection. The wording on developer cards is the result of the editorial team selecting and structuring publicly available sources. We do not present ourselves as experts, auditors, property appraisers, or other authorized specialists, and nothing on this site constitutes an expert opinion, an official appraisal, or professional advice. This is not financial, legal, or investment advice, nor an official position of any Cypriot government authority.

We are not accusing anyone. A mention of litigation, an investigation, an individual finding, or any other fact from public sources is not, and must not be read as, a claim of guilt, illegality, or bad faith on the part of any specific person or company. Everyone is presumed innocent until proven otherwise by a final court ruling — where proceedings ended in acquittal, dismissal, or a rejected claim, that is stated explicitly on the card. We do not conduct our own investigation, do not collect non-public information, and do not establish guilt — we describe what has already been published in open sources and provide a direct link to the original so that everyone can form their own opinion.

How the data is gathered. Initial data collection and structuring is performed with AI-assisted research (searching and summarizing public publications, registries, and press releases), followed by editorial review. Every factual statement is accompanied by a link to its primary source — follow the links and verify for yourself. A fact missing from a page means "not found in public records," not "doesn't exist" and not "bad."

We do not guarantee completeness or absolute accuracy. Public sources themselves may be incomplete, outdated, or contain inaccuracies. Data is updated as new information becomes available, but may lag behind the real state of affairs. Do not use these materials as the sole basis for investment, legal, or other significant decisions.

Right of correction. If you represent a company mentioned here and believe the information about it is incorrect, incomplete, or outdated — write to info@rating.cy with supporting documents. We review every submission and make corrections where warranted.

Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the editorial team and the site's operators are not liable for any losses arising from the use of the site's materials. This publication is based on a good-faith analysis of publicly available information for a purpose of public interest (informing property buyers).
