An additional check of the address and phone confirms the link between the records: the registered legal address per the companies registry for HE132962 (Χίου 7, 8027, Πάφος) is identical to the address on the official website medousadevelopers.com (Chiou Street 7, 8027, Paphos), and the phone +357 26 923 561 given on the developer's website matches the number registered in open business directories for 'Medousa Constructions Ltd' at the same address. Separately, one nuance is worth noting: case number 5888/2023 for HE132962 (a company registered back in 2002) coincides in timing with the period after control passed to the Loizou family (~20.05.2021), and may reflect a re-filing/renewal of the contractor's registration in 2023 under the new leadership, rather than a new initial registration — this does not change the final score for the factor, but is important for interpreting the company's history.
