ATHANASIOU CONSTRUCTIONS &…' — this is legal entity HE244665. An important clarifying detail found in this research: HE244665 ("CONSTRUCTIONS & DEVELOPMENTS LTD") is not an archived/dead company but ACTIVE according to the official Cyprus companies registry, registered at the same address (52 Amathountos Ave) and with the same director (Christakis Athanasiou) as the current selling entity HE348083 ("DEVELOPMENTS LTD", reg. 2015). That is, the license is held not by an abandoned shell but by a live sister company of the same owner/office. However, the license is formally held specifically by HE244665, not by HE348083, which is used in marketing and on the website as the main sales entity — an ordinary buyer checking the contractors registry specifically for the name "Chr. Athanasiou Developments" will not find the license at first glance; they would need to know about the sister entity. This is the basis for the partial score.

ATHANASIOU CONSTRUCTIONS & DEVELOPMENTS LTD (HE244665, Active, reg. 2009), and CHR.ATHANASIOU HOLDINGS LTD (HE284494, Active, reg. 2011) — ALL three are registered at the SAME address (52 Amathountos Ave, Agios Tychonas) and are run by the same people (director Christakis Athanasiou, secretary Megi Athanasiou in two of the three). The fourth, CHR. ATHANASIOU ESTATES LIMITED (HE100705), turned out to be Dissolved, registered at a different historical address (129 Vas.
