The open question from the brief is resolved: BBF CONSTRUCTION CY LTD (ΗΕ 322721, registered at Ambelakion 28, Germasogeia 4046, Limassol — the same address as BBF Global Ltd and BBF Development Limited) does indeed belong to the bbf group, and is not a namesake. Confirmations: (1) a shared director, Eleftherios (Lefteris) Konstantinou, is simultaneously listed as a director of BBF CONSTRUCTION CY LTD, BBF GLOBAL LTD (ΗΕ 265599), and BBF FACILITY MANAGEMENT CY LTD (ΗΕ 322741) — all three at the same address, 28 Ambelakion St; he is also publicly referred to in the press as bbf's general manager/managing director. (2) The company ΗΕ 322721 itself previously bore the name 'PRIME PROPERTY CONSTRUCTION AND DEVELOPMENT P.P LTD' — this matches the known rebranding history of Prime Property Group → bbf (2022) and the chain already known from the brief, 'PRIME PROPERTY DEVELOPMENT P.P. LTD → BBF DEVELOPERS LTD'. (3) The requester previously confirmed the presence of exactly 'BBF CONSTRUCTION CY LTD' in the official Limassol district list of building contractors (category 'Οικοδομικά', row 68) on contractorscouncil.org.cy. In total: the link to the group is confidently confirmed via director+address+renaming history+the official contractors registry. Not confirmed (hence the score is not maximal): the exact license class/category (A/B) was not checked directly in the Council's registry; an indirect lead — a 'Best Contractor' award in the Health & Safety 'B' category for construction projects from the Limassol Association of Building Contractors (2024) — but this is a competition category, not a confirmed legal license class.

Town planning permits

There is no centralized permit registry in Cyprus, so the scoring is based only on the developer's own disclosure. Disclosure of STATUS, but not a number, was found: in May 2026 Cyprus Mail and CBN, citing bbf, reported that 'all town planning permits have been secured' for the Berengaria restoration project (€30 million) and that building permits are expected within a year — however no specific Town Planning Permit / Building Permit number is given in the articles.
