Owners: The Aristodemou family; from 04.2007 Dolphin Capital Investors owned ~50% (a €438 million deal — the largest privatization in Cyprus history at the time); part of the stake was later exchanged for Aristodemou's stake in Dolphin itself (the 'Aristo Exchange'). Dolphin was renamed DCI Advisors Ltd, which to this day continues to wind down its position in Aristo (in 2025 another escrow release of ~€2.9 million was reported). On 06.08.2026 DCI announced completion of a separate €3.5 million sale of Class A Preferred Shares in DCI Holdings Two Limited (which held management rights over Venus Rock Estates Limited, a wholly owned Aristo subsidiary), having paid ~€1.78 million in Cyprus capital gains tax on the deal (and is considering appealing the assessment); a further sale of DCI's remaining 10.68% indirect stake in Aristo Developers itself (~€6.15 million) is still pending Cyprus tax clearance.
